Time Synchronized PMU Simulator

Step by step instructions on how to set up a time synchronized PMU simulator. Documentation includes hardware requirements, instruction on how to install and modify the operating system to synchronize it to a GPS clock (through a required serial port) and instructions on how to use the open source PMU simulator iPDC to send data to a PDC. Matlab code and instructions are also provided to convert PSSE simulation data to be send by the PMU simulator.
